A portion of our proceeds to benefit Lifetime Adoption.
Both of the co-directors of this comedy competition have been affected by adoption. Paul Lawrence is adopting a child from Peru, and Kitania Kavey was herself adopted as a young child. We will donate a portion of our proceeds to the Lifetime Adoption Facilitation Center (lifetimeadoption.com) to help them with their national outreach program educating the public and professionals about the benefits of adoption.

Enter the 2006 International Sketch Comedy ChampionshipTM

Send in a VHS or DVD of your troupe performing. The top twelve groups will be selected from the total number of entrants, and invited to participate in the live on-stage competition in Los Angeles. (Travel and accommodations are not provided for.) A group of prominent industry judges will be present at the preliminary live performances. The top five groups will win a spot in the final competition, and have up to 20 minutes for their group to perform in front of celebrity judges and invited guests. The winning group will get a representation contract and prizes supplied by our sponsors (to be determined.) All finalists and the festival will be taped for a TV pilot as well. |
